Clinical Supervision
with Tammy

A shared relational space where we can slow down, be curious, and gently explore the work, the client and ourselves.

A Space for Reflection

Clinical supervision is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and deepen your practice. It offers a supportive space to explore your clinical work, strengthen your therapeutic framework, and continue developing your professional identity.

As a relationally integrative EMDR therapist, I hold a holistic, parts-informed lens grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice. I believe in looking beyond the individual to the broader systems and stories shaping our experience, meeting each part of ourselves and our clients with attuned compassion and respect.

Working with Complexity & Trauma

I feel especially drawn to working with therapists who are, or are moving towards, working with complex trauma — those who want to see beyond behaviours and symptoms, and instead connect with the person underneath. The parts of them that adapted, protected and survived. Those who feel called to support their clients in reconnecting with themselves, developing self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-love.

A Collaborative Journey

Whether navigating complex cases, ethical dilemmas, or the personal impact of this work, I aim to hold your stories with curiosity and care. I value the opportunity to nurture your courage and creativity, supporting you as you continue to evolve into the therapist you are becoming.

If you are drawn to working with complexity, value seeing the person beneath the behaviour, and are wanting support to move through uncertainty and grow your confidence as a therapist — I would be honoured to sit alongside you.
