Our Therapeutic Approach
The therapeutic process can profoundly influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.
When we experience understanding, care and consistency, it can gently counterbalance coping patterns or behaviours that may once have helped us survive but no longer serve us.
How We Work
Humans are inherently wired for connection — and safe, supportive relationships play an integral role in helping our nervous systems regulate. For those of us that have experienced trauma or relational wounding, connection to others may trigger a sense of vulnerability and discomfort. Through the therapeutic process, we begin to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Over time, this work can support healing while helping us develop a greater sense of safety within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
A central aim of our work is to support individuals in strengthening capacity and reconnecting with one's sense of agency—the ability to feel more aligned, intentional, and empowered. Our practice is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. We work collaboratively across the lifespan, offering a space where one can honour their lived experience and emotional landscape.
Together, we aim to create a safe and compassionate environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to move toward a more fulfilling life, creating a sense of meaning that is uniquely your own.

RI-EMDR
A transpersonal approach that places the therapeutic relationship at the centre of healing. It weaves together attachment theory, parts work, and somatic therapies to support deeper integration.
Resource Therapy
A compassionate parts-based approach that understands the self as made up of many parts, each shaped by individual life experience. By gently connecting with these parts, it supports healing, integration and expanding internal resources.
Somatic Therapy
A body-based, trauma-informed approach that honours how experiences are held within the nervous system. Through gentle awareness of bodily sensations, clients are supported to restore regulation, deepen connection to self, and integrate experiences in a safe and attuned way.
Psychodynamic Therapy
An insight-oriented approach that explores how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence present thoughts, emotions and behaviours. By bringing awareness to these underlying dynamics, clients are supported to understand themselves more deeply, resolve inner conflicts, and create meaningful lasting change.
Person Centered Therapy
A client-led approach, that places the individual at the heart of the therapeutic process. Grounded in empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard, it creates a safe space where the client can explore their experiences, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move toward growth and self-acceptance.
